Scarlet Bride - 1987 Demo

So I forgot this ever existed. These guys were from Atlanta, GA. I have no real information about them or whether they did anything after this. However, I do remember hearing this on a radio show called The Rock Shop back in the 80's which was out of Seneca Falls. Well, not so much remember, but a couple of the songs are familiar and I assume that is where I heard them. So basically you have 5 songs, pure Metal. "Hideaway" and "Play to Win" are the standouts here. Extremely catchy and powerful songs. The other three are ok, but nothing as remarkable. Download and hear for yourself. I mastered this so it sounds a bit louder and fuller than the original tape. Enjoy, and if you know anything about this band, please feel free to contribute information...

Damn, I just did a search on the "Rock Shop". I remember that show. Bob Apell or something like that was the DJ every Sat. Introduced me to Savatage, Metal Church, all that shit! Funny! check out www.superstarsuperstar.com

The Demo Reclamation Project

Over the years, we have collected a very large number of demo tapes of Metal, Hardcore, Punk, etc. Some of these were awesome creations, that never got any kind of wide release. Up to now, we have been airing them on our radio shows, The Last Exit for the Lost and The Metallic Onslaught. Here and there people ask where they can get copies, either because they used to know of the band or because they never heard them before but liked what they heard. So. We will be occasionally posting demos here for your download pleasure along with a review and some info on the band if we have any. Some of the demos we will also master a bit to make them sound better. Now, wherever possible, I will contact band members for permission to post their material. In a lot of cases, however, that will likely be impossible. So, if you see something here that you created, and want it taken down, just drop us a note and we will do so.
